About the brewery:
The Austrian family-owned brewery Trumer is a family business with a history of more than 400 years. Beer has been brewed in Obertrum am See in the heart of the Salzburg Lake District since 1601. The brewery has been owned by the Sigl family since 1775 and is currently run by the eighth generation of Josef C. Sigl. In recent years, the award-winning Trumer Pils has become the brewery's flagship beer. Their Schlanke Stange beer glass is considered the most beautiful glass in the world and is on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. In 2004, they also opened an American branch in Berkeley, California, where they brew Trumer Pils for the American market. That same year, Trumer won its first gold medal at the European Beer Star in the German-style Pils category. In addition to the iconic Pils, their current portfolio includes Pils Alkoholfrei, Imperial Pils, Hopfenspiel, Märzen and Radler.
