About the brewery:
Flea Brewery is the flagship brewery of the Italian group Universo Flea. The idea to produce craft beer of the highest quality was born in 2013 by entrepreneur Matteo Minelli and his wife Maria Cristina Cocchi, who, despite their youth, decided to start a business in the small town of Gualdo Tadino in the green heart of Italy. Here are the famous mineral springs from which Flea beer is brewed. The malt used to brew the beer comes from barley grown exclusively on their family's 1,200-hectare farm. The inspiration for the names of their beers comes from stories of heroes and witches told in Umbria: Anais, Adelaide, Bastola, Bianca Lancia, Costanza, Federico, Margherita and Violante. In addition to the exclusive Flea beers, the group also produces the Ma.Ma and Sans Papiers brands, which are brewed with water obtained from humidity in the air.
