About the brewery:
The Zdiby Brewery was established in 2021 in a former boiler room with a chimney in the middle of the village. It was founded by retired home brewer Jirka Žáček, after whom their popular lagers are named. After completing a beer brewing course at the Beer Academy, he immediately set about building a brewery, which also includes a stylish restaurant.
