About the brewery:
The Záhora craft microbrewery was opened by the creative Záhora brothers in 2016 in the village of Kněžičky, which has a total of 182 permanent residents. Vojt's alma mater is VŠCHT, where he studied molecular macroscopic chemistry, so he has actually been heading towards macrobeer all his life. After many batches of infusion and decoction brews, they have developed the most laborious three-mash lager, which is simply their best beer. Smoked lager also regularly appears in their assortment, which is quite rare in the Czech Republic. We also enjoy their specials, which carry a unique code designation that will come in handy in a few years.
