About the brewery:
White Dog is a Dutch flying brewery based in Dordrecht, which since its founding in 2019 has specialized in top-fermented beers especially various variants of ales and other modern beer styles such as fruit sours and stouts. The brewery is run by brewer Ricky Maertzendorff, who focuses on collaborating with other European breweries. In 2024, he also collaborated with the Czech Zichovec and a year later he appeared again in Prague at the Winter Affair beer festival. The brewery has several lines of specials: sours are called Will It Flow, NEIPYs are Cloud Batch and stouts are in the Monstrosity line. Rick's stouts in particular are among the delicacies.
