About the brewery:
White Dog is a Dutch flying brewery based in Dordrecht, specialising in top-fermented beers since its foundation in 2019 especially different variants of ales and other modern beer styles such as fruit sours and stouts. The brewery is run by brewer Ricky Maertzendorff, who focuses on collaborations with other European breweries. In 2024, he also did a collaboration with Czech Zichovec, and a year later he reappeared in Prague for the Winter Affair beer festival. The brewery has several lines of specialty beers: the sours are called Will It Flow, the NEIPs are Cloud Batch, and the stouts are in the Monstrosity line. Rick's stouts, in particular, are among the delights.
