About the brewery:
Verzet is a young brewery from Angezem in Flanders, Belgium, which focuses on creative variations on the Oud Bruin beer style. This beer style is also known as a Belgian Sour Brown Ale and is a dark reddish-brown sour Belgian ale. The brewery was founded by three beer enthusiasts Jens, Koen and Alex. Alex is the main brewer, however, Koen also participated in the brewing process in the early stages. They adjust their beer recipes and invent new flavors every day. Their production is a reflection of boundless creativity, which is manifested not only in unconventional combinations of ingredients, but also in clever beer names. Their beers are highly rated, but at the same time they require courage to taste and experience with sour Belgian beers.
