About the brewery:
To Øl is a young Danish brewery founded in 2010. They brew a wide range of strong, provocative, fresh and floral beers. Their beers are often heavily hopped, but balanced and complex. To Øl's beers are among the best in the world, and the brewery appeared in the top 100 best breweries in the world list back in 2012, ranking 9th in 2014. In 2019, To Øl took over a former food factory in the western part of Danish Zealand in Svinning and built a uniquely designed brewery there, which they call To Øl City. Premises. The technology of the brewery in the City is also used by external talented brewers. Therefore, a Danish community of craft beverage producers has formed here, and hosts cider, kombucha, and rum producers in the distillery. In the Czech Republic, To Øl can be found quite often on tap in pivot bars and at beer festivals.
