Beer and muscles may not be the best of friends, but it was in the gym that the story of the Stern Brewery began. While lifting weights, brewer Mike (Michael Stern) constantly talked about how he wanted to make a living brewing beer. For the past few months, he has been experimenting and perfecting new types of top-fermented beer. Wherever he brought his beer, friends, acquaintances, and strangers praised it. And so Kamil, a friend and marketing specialist, agreed under the pressure of the bench press that they would start their own beer brand.
