About the brewery:
The Rotor microbrewery is located in Kunovice, within sight of the airport. That’s why they’re obsessed with airplanes and name their beers after them. The brewery is owned by two aviation enthusiasts, Mirek and Vlasta. The brewery collaborates with research institutes and universities and cultivates its own collection of brewing yeasts in the lab. The current brewmaster is Tomáš Mužík, who previously worked at Obora and Zichovec. Their lineup includes 18 regular beers, which they supplement with other interesting specials. Their modern brewery also features a taproom and a guesthouse.
