Kombucha is a sweet and sour fermented drink made from tea, sugar and a special mixture of bacteria and yeast, which has remarkable health benefits. It supports digestion, strengthens the immune system, detoxifies the body and supports liver function and has positive effects on the nervous system.

Matcha is a Japanese green tea. The dried pulp of the youngest leaves of the tea plant is ground into a fine powder. There is no fermentation during the production of matcha, no dyes, additives or preservatives are added. Matcha tea contains a lot of vitamins, antioxidants and health-promoting substances, especially catechins. Its unique composition purifies the blood and flushes toxins from the body and provides energy.

About the manufacturer:
The first batch of F. H. Prager fermented in 2010, these ciders were among the first craft ciders in the Czech Republic. In 2019, the brand was bought from the original owners by a group of enthusiasts under the auspices of the Kofola incubator and since then they have been working to mass-produce good craft cider. They use apples from Moravia - they are beautifully sour and give the cider fullness and zest. At the same time, they also support local farmers. They combine them with cider apples from the southwest of England, thanks to which the cider has the right bittersweet taste. The imaginative labels of Prager ciders were designed by the Tomski & Polanski studio.
