The Pelhřimov Brewery builds on a brewing tradition spanning more than 470 years, dating back to 1552, when the town was granted the right to brew and sell beer. This significant privilege laid the foundation for the local beer culture, which continues to thrive in Pelhřimov to this day. Even today, the brewery remains committed to producing classic Czech lagers, which are brewed using traditional methods. The beers are brewed using the classic decoction method from high-quality Czech ingredients, mature for weeks in lager cellars, and are not pasteurized.
