O pivovaru:
Obora je minipivovar založený v roce 2015 v jižních Čechách. Najdete ho pár kilometrů od Tábora, ve vesničce Obora. Pivo vaří farmář a homebrewer Martin Novák převážně z vlastního chmele i sladu. Na chmelnici, kterou mají na dohled od pivovaru, pěstují Žatecký Poloraný Červenák, Sládek, Kazbek, Premiant a Rubín. Taktéž slad si nechávají dělat z vlastního ječmene. Vaří nefiltrovaná a nepasterovaná piva, spodně, svrchně i spontánně kvašená. Jako jedni z prvních v Česku si troufli na aktuální americkou hitovku s názvem Hard Seltzer.
