About the brewery:
Obora is a microbrewery founded in 2015 in southern Bohemia. You can find it a few kilometers from Tábor, in the village of Obora. Farmer and homebrewer Martin Novák brews beer mainly from his own hops and malt. They grow Žatecký Poloraný Červenák, Sládek, Kazbek, Premiant and Rubín on the hop farm, which is within sight of the brewery. They also have their own malt made from their own barley. Brews unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, bottom, top and spontaneously fermented. As one of the first in the Czech Republic, they dared to play the current American hit called Hard Seltzer. Thanks to their creativity, their popularity in the Czech Republic is constantly growing and you will find them in all the right beer bars.
