Nozib started as a craft project of the brewery Bizonz Čižic near Plzeň, which since 2017 has been managed by the son of the brewery owner Michal Beneš. However, he has now built a solid position on the Czech beer scene. The philosophy of the project is to create uncompromisingly honest beers, regardless of the input prices of raw materials.
