About the brewery:
The Mazák microbrewery is located in the village of Dolní Bojanovice in southern Moravia. It was founded in 2011 and has gradually grown to its current size with a brewing capacity of 14 hl. Their main production consists of classic lagers, which are brewed using the decoction method on a single mash, supplemented by top-fermented beers brewed using the infusion method. They use domestic malts to produce beer, but experiment with hops from around the world. Mirek Dobeš is the brewer here, and you can find their beer in many establishments with multiple taps.
