About the brewery:
The Mazák minibrewery is located in South Moravia in the village of Dolní Bojanovice. It was founded in 2011 and gradually grew to the current size of the brewery with a capacity of 14 hl. Their main production consists of classic lagers, which they brew by decoction into a single mash and supplement it with top-fermented beers brewed by infusion. They use domestic malts to make beer, but experiment with hops from all over the world. Mirek Dobeš brews here and you can meet their beer in a number of multi-tap establishments.
Sibeeria is one of the top Czech microbreweries and has its facilities in Prague in the former premises of the ČKD factory. Ruslan Shishmintsev, who has been brewing beer since 2014, is behind it. Currently, there are several brewers working in the brewery, and in addition to excellent top-fermented ales, the portfolio also has excellent traditional and experimental lagers. He has been focusing on those lately and is really creative in this field. And their colorful cans, which are among the most graphically successful in the Czech Republic, are just as imaginative. Their cooperative batches with Czech and European breweries are also popular. Sibeeria is regularly ranked among the TOP 10 Czech breweries on Untappd.
