About the brewery:
The Mazak minibrewery is located in South Moravia in the village of Dolní Bojanovice. It was founded in 2011 and gradually grew to the current size of the brewery with a capacity of 14 hl. Their main production consists of classic lagers, which they brew by decoction into a single mash and supplement it with top-fermented beers brewed by infusion. They use domestic malts to make beer, but experiment with hops from all over the world. Mirek Dobeš brews here and you can meet their beer in a number of multi-tap establishments.
