About the brewery:
The Mazák microbrewery is located in South Moravia in the village of Dolní Bojanovice. It was founded in 2011 and has gradually grown to the current size of the brewery with a capacity of 14 hl. Their main production consists of classic lagers, which are brewed by decoction on one mash and supplemented with top-fermented beers brewed by infusion. They use domestic malts to produce beer, but they experiment with hops from all over the world. Mirek Dobeš is the brewer here and you can find their beer in a number of multi-tap establishments.
