O pivovaru:
Minipivovar Mazák se nachází na Jižní Moravě v obci Dolní Bojanovice. Byl založený v roce 2011 a postupně rostl až do dnešní velikosti varny o kapacitě 14 hl. Jejich hlavní produkci tvoří klasické ležáky, které vaří dekokčně na jeden rmut a doplňují ji o piva svrchně kvašená vařená infuzně. K výrobě piva používají tuzemské slady, ale experimentují s chmely z celého světa. Sládkuje zde Mirek Dobeš a s jejich pivem se můžete setkat v celé řadě multipípových podniků.
