About the brewery:
The Mazák microbrewery is located in South Moravia in the village of Dolní Bojanovice. It was founded in 2011 and gradually grew to its current size of 14 hl brewhouse. Their main production consists of classic lagers, which they brew decoctionally on one mash and supplement it with top-fermented beers brewed by infusion. They use domestic malts to produce beer, but experiment with hops from all over the world. Mirek Dobeš is the brewer here and you can find their beers in a number of multi-pop establishments.
