About the brewery:
The brewery was founded by brewer Martin Matuška, who has been working in the brewing industry since 1981. The Matuška brewery is located in the village of Broumy, which is located in the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area. Matuška beer is produced in an artisanal way without filtration and pasteurization. Thanks to this, the beer retains the properties of fresh beer tapped directly from the beer cellar. They fundamentally do not use sugar, syrups, or hop extract when brewing, and they brew beer using the decoction mash method, which produces fuller, breadier beers.
