About the brewery:
Maisel & Friends Craft Brewery was founded by a group of three beer enthusiasts, including Jeff Maisel, heir to the famous Maisel`s Weisse brewery. This was the prerequisite for the creation of a truly unique project. The technology for the 25 hl brewhouse was supplied by the famous Bamber manufactory, as it is nearby. In one of the most modern brewing plants in southern Germany, they use extremely soft water from the adjacent Fichtelgebirge. It is naturally very soft and can be used immediately as brewing water without further treatment. They see their brewery as a place to experiment. The brewers can happily experiment with the brewhouse, create absolutely outrageous beers and play with new hop varieties. The intention is to show how varied beer can be created in the Reinheitsgebots Act.
