About the brewery:
La Brasserie Fondamentale is a French craft brewery founded in Paris in 2016. It originally began as a concept centered around collaborative beer brewing and beer workshops. It continues to offer these workshops to this day. The project, which focused on experiential activities, gradually evolved into a full-fledged brewery that is now one of the modern faces of the French craft beer scene. LBF focuses primarily on highly aromatic and experimental beers, particularly IPAs and NEIPAs, often featuring fruit or unconventional ingredients. The brewery produces 20,000 hectoliters of beer annually, brewing at two locations. It has a smaller brewhouse in Aubervilliers and a larger one with a capacity of 30 hl in Nangeville.
