About the brewery:
La Pirata craft brewery is based in Barcelona. It was founded by brewer Aran León in 2012, after having worked as a homebrewer for about 8 years. Just after two years of existence, they won a bronze medal for their ipu Viakrucis. The portfolio of the brewery is not very wide, but it includes all popular beer styles. La Pirata also brews a lot of collaborations with other breweries from Spain or also from Holland, Estonia or Russia. His LAB line is very interesting, where he experiments with a combination of different beer stills, hops or aging beers. La Piratu is worth tasting and watching.
