About the brewery:
Van Honsebrouck is a Belgian brewery in Ingelmunster. It was founded in 1865 as Sint-Jozef Brewery and renamed Brewery Van Honsebrouck in 1953. It belongs to the Van Honsebrouck family, who bought the castle in 1986 and this served as inspiration for the introduction of the Kasteel brand. Their portfolio also includes the brands Bocchus, St. Louis, Trignac, Filou, and others. In the 1960s, the brewery refocused from the production of classic lagers to specialty beers, which allowed them to grow worldwide. They export 55% of their production.
