The modern brewery adheres to the highest standards in brewing processes and technologies. They use pure Ethiopian water, directly sourced from the Debre Birhan mountain regions. The brewery is staffed by proud and passionate local people, transforming premium yeast, barley malt and hops into their beloved beer. Habesha works closely with local farmers. He helps them professionalize their business and teaches them how to grow better quality barley. In fact, better quality seeds bring up to 30% more profit to the farmers, while the brewery guarantees the demand for their production.
