About the brewery:
The story of the Berlin brewery Fuerst Wiacek began in 2015, when friends Georg Fürst and Łukasz Wiacek met at a bouldering gym in Berlin. Besides their shared passion for climbing, they soon discovered a love for brewing beer and whisky. Just a year later, they brewed their first beer, A Quick One While She’s Away, which became the first New England IPA in Germany. Today, their brewery focuses on aromatic, hop-forward beers and frequently experiments with IPA and NEIPA styles. On the German beer scene, Fuerst Wiacek is considered top-tier, and in the Czech Republic, you could meet them at Winter Affair 2026, where they were among the favorite breweries.
