Falkon is a flying brewery, behind which is selfmademan brewer Jakub Vesely. Falkon is well known in Czech breweries and produces a whole range of beer styles. His home in Prague is the beer pub Malý Velký číst nad Václavák, but he brews beer in several microbreweries that rent their capacity to him. From 2020, they will also bottle their beer in seven-pack bottles. Falkon is not afraid to brew even very unconventional beers, so we are always curious to see what he comes up with.
