About the brewery:
Falkon is a flying brewery, behind which stands self-taught brewer Jakub Veselý. Falkon is well known in Czech beer bars and produces a variety of beer styles. His home in Prague is the Malý Velký pub just above Wenceslas Square, but he brews beer in several microbreweries that rent out their capacity to him. Since 2020, he has also been bottling his beer in seven-pack bottles. Falkon isn't afraid to brew very unusual beers either, so we're always curious to see what he comes up with. You'll occasionally see Jakub at beer festival booths.
