About the brewery:
Falkon is a Prague-based pop-up brewery run by brewmaster Jakub Veselý. He is well known on the Czech beer scene and produces a wide range of beer styles. Initially, he focused on producing top-fermented ales, offering over 20 more or less regular specialities. In recent years, however, he has also developed a taste for traditional Czech lagers, and his Krasohled is often on tap in good pubs. He brews his beer in several microbreweries that lease their capacity to him. For domestic customers, he bottles his beer in 7 cl bottles, and for export, he also cans it. Falkon isn’t afraid to brew even highly unconventional beers. You’ll often spot Jakub at stalls at beer festivals or at Tap Takeovers in beer shops across Bohemia and Moravia.
