The Trainspotting series combines traditional British malts and modern approaches to hopping. For the "number two" a distinctive threshing malt was chosen, which thanks to slow drying gives the beer a specific aroma and higher fullness. We followed this with a trio of hops that distribute notes of orange pulp, grapefruit, currant and vanilla into the beer. The cut is mild and the flavor profile is accompanied by a subtle minerality. About the brewery:
Falkon is a flying brewery, behind which is selfmademan brewer Jakub Vesely. Falkon is well known in Czech breweries and produces a whole range of beer styles. His home in Prague is the beer pub Malý Velký číst nad Václavák, but he brews beer in several microbreweries that rent their capacity to him. From 2020, they will also bottle their beer in seven-pack bottles. Falkon is not afraid to brew even very unconventional beers, so we are always curious to see what he comes up with.
