About the brewery:
The Damm brewery in Barcelona was founded in 1876 by August Kuentzmann Damm. It has borne his name ever since. Many generations of master brewers have passed through the brewery and perfected the production of their lagers. The brewery uses its own special strain of yeast, which is safely stored in Barcelona, Valencia, and London. It also has its own malt house, which allows them to monitor and control the entire beer production process. The barley is purchased exclusively from Mediterranean farmers. The production brewery is located in Prat, south of Barcelona, and the historic brewery building is located in Barcelona itself. You can visit it on your trip to Spain.
