Clock 13° Antonio Brut IPA

Clock 13° Antonio Brut IPA

A unique West Coast IPA with a typical higher golden color, but at the same time with high fermentation. Due to the fact that the wort was brewed partly from sorghum, the gluten content of the resulting beer was reduced. A value of less than 10 mg of gliadin per 1 liter of beer was verified in the laboratory. In the tank, this special was subsequently infused with grapefruit. More

About the brewery:
The Clock craft brewery is located in the village of Potštejn, which is situated in East Bohemia, not far from Rychnov. It was founded in 2012 and currently ranks among the top Czech microbreweries and their beers are in huge demand. This prompted them to renovate and increase their capacity at the beginning of 2017. Two years later they acquired the former Fenetra factory building and started production there in 2021. Their new brewery building also produces spontaneously fermented beers under the Fenetra brand and hosts beer festivals. The original building was then turned into a large beer hall. Their most popular IPA, Twist, won the Golden Beer Seal in 2016-18 and their other beers are also being recognised. They also focus on gluten-free beers. What's interesting are their beautiful labels and especially the names of their beers, which have several themes, such as Histroje, No Idols! and Piggies.
