Chroust is a new stylish nomadic brewery, behind which are Karolína and Jirka Chroustovští. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and produce beer specials with unconventional flavors. At the Salon beer festival in Holešovice, for example, they offered rye IPU with passion fruit infusion. Karolína is a brewer by profession in another microbrewery and she definitely enjoys and tastes beer. We will follow them and will be happy to offer their beers at the Beershop.
