Chroust 12° Hoptopia APA

Chroust 12° Hoptopia APA

This is a pleasantly bitter, less malty and easy-to-drink beer in the APA style, brewed by the Chroust family. Only Citra and Mosaic hops went into the beer (except for a small dose of Magnum hops for bitterness), while approx. 6g/l of these hops. So we don't need to emphasize that the beer has a noticeable aroma of tropical fruit. More

About the brewery:
Chroust is a stylish nomadic brewery run by Karolína and Jirka Chroust. They have been brewing beer without filtration and pasteurization in Czech craft breweries since 2016. They are currently based in the Clock brewery, where they have invested in their own tanks. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and have been producing beer specials with unusual flavours. They now have their own tanks located at the Clock brewery where they produce their ales and lagers. They brew original beer of the highest quality and without compromise. Whether they're venturing into popular New England IPAs or classic lagers, they want the beer to be harmonious, tasty, and fun to drink. Thanks to the great technological equipment that Clock houses, they can bottle and can beer at its best.
