About the brewery:
Chroust is a stylish nomadic brewery run by Karolína and Jirka Chroust. They have been brewing beer without filtration and pasteurization in Czech craft breweries since 2016. They are currently based in the Clock brewery, where they have invested in their own tanks. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and have been producing beer specials with unusual flavours. They now have their own tanks located at the Clock brewery where they produce their ales and lagers. They brew original beer of the highest quality and without compromise.
