Chroust is a new stylish nomadic brewery, behind which are Karolína and Jirka Chroust. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and produce beer specials with unconventional flavors. At the Salon beer festival in Holešovice, for example, they offered rye IPU with passion fruit infusion.
