Chroust 12° Karate Cow Hazy Pale Ale

The use of London Fog yeast gave the beer a wonderful cloudiness and an enticing aroma. On the whirlpool, Chrousti used a new product from Yakima Chief YCH 702 Mosaic, i.e. an even more concentrated version of aromatic hop oils. Plus El Dorado and Motueka on Dry Hop. And it all came together in a nice beer package full of aromas of citrus peel, tropical fruit and light resin. More

About the brewery:
Chroust is a stylish nomadic brewery, behind which are Karolína and Jirka Chroustovští. They have been brewing beer without filtration and pasteurization in Czech craft breweries since 2016. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and produce beer specialties with unconventional flavors. Currently, they have their own tanks located in the clock brewery, where they produce their ales and lagers. Beer is brewed originally, in the highest quality and above all without compromises. Whether it's a popular New England IPA or a classic lager, they want the beer to be harmonious, tasty and fun for you. Thanks to the great technological equipment provided by Clock, they can pour beer into cans and bottles in the best condition.
