Yerba Maté is an herbal tea made from the leaves of the Paraguayan holly tree, which is native to South America. It is known for its stimulating effects, high content of antioxidants, minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and silicon, and vitamins A, B, C, E and betacarotene.
