About the brewery:
Čestmír is a microbrewery from Brandýs nad Labem, which invested in its own technology in 2019. Until then, it operated as a flying brewery. It is run by musician Imrich Kočiš, who is also the brewmaster. He names his beers after metal songs, for example from Sepultura. The brewery has a 10 hl brewhouse, where they brew lagers and, above all, excellent top-fermented specials. Čestmír does not yet participate in beer competitions, but you can find them on Untappd. In its short existence, it has already brewed about 70 types of beer, from which its basic range is gradually emerging, including APA Skydancer and IPA Nocturno.
