Brewski 16° Peruvian Snow Sour Ale

Brewski 16° Peruvian Snow Sour Ale

A deep red body with a dark pink, lightly creamy head. A sour ale with a strong and dominant blueberry character, which forms the main flavour and aroma profile of the beer. About the brewery:
Brewski is not a normal brewery. Marcus Hjalmarsson is a passionate brewer who is currently living his dream. The brewery is located in the Swedish town of Helsingborg, which lies on the coast 50 km north of Malmö. Markus wants to explore and set new limits to what can and cannot be done. Just because no one has made such a beer before. But that doesn't mean it can't be done. His main focus is on top-fermented ales such as IPAs in standard or hazy or flavoured versions, but he can also make luxury stouts and sours. He also hosts his own beer festival every summer in Helsingborg and has his own Tap Room called Barski, which is not to be missed.
