Brewski is no ordinary brewery. Marcus Hjalmarsson is a passionate brewer currently living his dream. The brewery is located in the Swedish city of Helsingborg, which lies on the coast 50 km north of Malmö. Markus wants to explore and set new limits of what can and cannot be done. Just because no one had made a beer like this before. But that doesn't mean it can't be done. He mainly focuses on top-fermented ales, such as IPAs in standard or hazy or flavored versions, but he also does fancy stouts and sours.He also holds his own beer festival in Helsingborg every summer and has his own taproom called Barski, which you can't miss.
