Axiom Brewery is a professional brewery behind the renowned manufacturer of brewing technologies Mini Brewery System from Prostějov. Beer is brewed here by an international team of brewers, and their main market is Russia. The main brewer is Kjetil Jikin, who founded the first Norwegian craft brewery Nøgne Ø in 2002. Later, Kjetil resigned from Nøgne, bought a vineyard and opened Solo craft brewery on the Greek island of Crete. His passion for new breweries is now realized in Axiom.
